I was licensed in real estate in 1979, and became a Broker in 1984. On July 1, 1984, I opened my office, Bernice Hunter Real Estate at 207 W. Hondo in Devine, Texas. I have been a member of San Antonio Board of Realtors and have utilized Multiple Service Listing, through SABOR, since being licensed. I have been selling real estate for 28 years. Bernice Hunter Real Estate sells Residential, Commercial, Farm and Ranches, Small Acreage and Lots. We market our listings through our web site, MLS and the Devine News, our local newspaper.
